David's background is in finance, with two years of experience in an international investment and wealth management business.
With a solid academic foundation and a passion for real estate, David has been overseeing and supporting the business for the past five years. During this time, he has played a key role in guiding the company through the successful delivery of multiple projects, showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence in the field.

Bob manages the operational aspects of the business taking projects from planning approval through to completion. Equipped with a comprehensive construction background, in all scenarios, JV or Principal, Bob will pull together and closely manage the professional team, monitor design, discharge planning conditions and be directly involved with the appointment of the main contractor.

In all Joint venture scenarios throughout the contract stage, Bob will act as ‘in-house' monitoring surveyor liaising with the professional team and contractor to produce the required reports for the client team and Bank.

With over 20 years of experience within the property & construction industry, working across many sectors including residential, leisure, commercial & PBSA, Bob currently acts as a consultant to a leading PBSA provider.

Jess oversees the acquisition and planning stages, manages the project pipeline, joint venture partnerships and shapes the property business strategies. Known as being a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, Jess thrives on meeting new people and forging fresh business ties.

Bringing more than 17 years of experience spanning residential, commercial, retail and more recently operational beds in the form of Hotel, Co-living & PBSA development - Jess is deeply committed to sustainability & environmental concerns and has a passion for good architecture and the creative design process.

Before establishing City Inc in 2018, Jess co-founded and led City Innovations, taking charge of daily operations, steering the planning, construction and sale of > 170 residential units (both houses and apartments) alongside over 40,000 square feet of commercial space, much of it managed simultaneously.

Since founding City Inc, Jess has guided the company through the full lifecycle from acquisition & planning to occupancy of two major Central London Co-living mixed-use developments in partnership with a South African family office, totalling over 180,000 square feet. Jess played a key role in forming a partnership with MDPL, securing an investment position and collaboration on two projects in Woolwich - a 265-key Hotel and a 332-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme, which received planning approval in January 2025.

Emilia is a graduate of BHMS, a prestigious hospitality and business university in Switzerland. With a deep-seated passion for real estate, she brings a wealth of experience from her work with both five-star and budget chain hotels. Her diverse background also includes corporate housing and a role at UBS in the wealth management sector.

Emilia’s transition into real estate development has been driven by her passion for the field. Her extensive expertise in the hotel sector greatly benefits the business, ensuring exceptional asset management for every project.

Simon is director of a group parent company and leads its corporate governance with oversight of the UK business from a shareholder perspective. He has a legal background and has been involved in running a number of international businesses over the last two decades.

Mariia is an investment professional with seven years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, and investment management. She holds a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management from Cass (Bayes) Business School and has developed expertise in financial modeling, sector analysis, and deal structuring through her roles at Forte Pharma Fund, SOVA Capital, and the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Her strong technical skills and diverse sector expertise, combined with a solid academic background, make her a versatile and results-driven finance professional.

Shawn holds a First-Class Honours B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from the Technological University of Dublin. With extensive experience in the construction and property development sector, he has successfully managed large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across Ireland and the UK. His expertise covers all aspects of commercial and project management, from cost planning and procurement to contract administration and project delivery. He has worked on a diverse range of developments, including residential housing, purpose-built student accommodation and commercial development. His expertise in managing complex projects, optimising budgets, and meeting deadlines has been crucial to the successful delivery of large scale developments.
